Special EFT and
N-hanced EFT Tools

Over the years, I have enhanced my meridian tapping techniques and taught a variety of practitioners via my Certified Energy Therapy Certification program to use these appropriately.

In the following videos, I share some of the basics as well as more advanced approaches to meridian tapping used to relieve trauma, emotional blocks, and even deeply embedded inherited predispositions held in the subconscious and DNA.

Classic EFT Tapping Points

First, become better acquainted with basic EFT meridian tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) as taught by its originator, Gary Craig, who adapted it as a simple free version of Thought Field Therapy (TFT). This first video shares basic EFT tapping points that are used in EFT. (Remember that most points are tapped bi-laterally – tap both body side points at the same time.)

Meridian Tapping Points

Because I first learned and practiced NET (Neuro Emotional Technique), I was using meridians to clear emotional causes of physical symptoms years before I ever heard of EFT. I found it helpful to use the simpler EFT protocol, adding the emotional background information as each point was tapped. This is the protocol that I teach my clients so that they can work on themselves and know exactly where to tap for each specific emotion (or ache & pain).

Tapping the Heart Center

Often, when working to clear deeply embedded emotions from the mind-body-spirit, I focus on a special point that is not included in the regular EFT protocol. I have actually met practitioners who use only this “Heart Center” thymus tapping point with great results. In my practice, I notice that when tapping here, deep hidden trauma and emotions are gently brought forward to be cleared. These are often not even realized, so there is no danger that the person tapping will become re-traumatized. And sometimes an old memory will later resurface in a dream or daydream. Try this tapping point to make sure that you are truly “squeaky clean” after your tapping protocol!
